Love Sweets Bake

Gara is an rescued bird 💕 she is almost 3 years old and was abandoned more than 20 times in the span of 2 months 💕.  She is afraid to make noises or even interacting with others. She loves to stay alone and away from others.   We are together almost an year. She is still afraid to make noises and is bluffing now 😅. But she show that she loves me 💕💕💕💕. This is a very rare occasion that she is very calm and lovely with me 💕💕💕💕. A miracle happened

2-Layer Tres Leches Cake 220 g (1 ¾ cup) all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder ¾ teaspoon kosher salt ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 6 large egg 250 g (1 ¼ cup) granulated sugar 60 mL (¼ cup) whole milk ½ teaspoon vanilla extract  nonstick cooking spray, for greasing 120 mL (½ cup) evaporated milk 120 mL (½ cup) coconut milk 395 g (14 oz) condensed milk, 1 can 480 mL (2 cups) heavy whipping cream 25 g (¼ cup) powdered sugar  assorted berries, for serving, optional Step 1  In a bowl whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl add eggs and sugar and beat together until light and foamy and double the size. Step 2  Mix the mixture together using a spatula. In a cup or small bowl combine vanilla extract and milk mix it well and then add it to the batter and blend together. Step 3 Add a baking sheet in a round cake pans. Divide the batter between the pans. Add in the pans to the preheat oven to 350° F (180 °C). Bake until the cakes are golden brown about 25 minut

Noragami is one of my favorite anime and manga. The art style and writing is good and has allot of meaning. Usually anime is more with fantasy and has anime logic and most of the times doesn't make sense. The history of Noragami is one of the most important and leaves a sad feeling in my heart. He wants to be recognized and loved. Wants to be recognized as a God and has the fear of getting forgotten. If he gets forgotten then he dies since that how Gods work in the anime. If no one pray or remember him he dies. He is the God of Calamity but now he does not want to be one and decides to change. That makes his life harder and more dangerous to stay alive. One of the reasons why I love it is because he wants to change for better even if it hurts or danger his life. The anime has changed my life and made me try better in my life. Christmas decorations this year are not the same as before. We are in lock down and this has affected ceremony of the events. This year the decorations are less but interesting. There are giant lights in different shapes and colors. You can find them everywhere in the town and every neighborhood has his own style. Is very sad that we can't celebrate it like before in a crowded place but is better to be careful about it. I know that people want to celebrate and have fun but we have to be patient and let's have a good time after the pandemic is over. My favorite is the heart shaped one.

Red heart lights is my favorite decoration in the town. The light and shape is well made and looks beautiful with the background and with boats lights.  Boats lights is a great and beautiful place. We'll you can make photos there but you can watch them while you walk.  Square blue lights where gives you the feeling of time traveling or galaxy traveling. Is relaxing and gives beautiful effects for photo.  Blue light on the tree who reminds me of lightsaber from Star War. 

Finely the tree has been decorated and the light is activated. This year the town hasn't been much decorated since we are not allowed to go out in public with crowds but is still beautiful.  The tree is the same as always but the other decorations are very beautiful and creative.  Sadly this year we will not see  the fireworks and celebrate the new year in the center of the town but let's focus on being healthy and safe.  This year I didn't stay for the tree lighting ceremony because there already was a small crowd so I decided to make photos the next day.

Chania is covered in Christmas decorations and sometimes while you walk you can find lights with different shapes and colors.  Every neighborhood and park has his own style and colors.  One of my favorite is the heart shaped.  One of the parks has lights stuck on the trees that reminds me of the lightsaber from Star War. Each year the town makes interesting decorations but I was wondering if they were making something for this year since we are not allowed to go out but they didn't disappoint me. The town is beautiful and worth watching it when the country is open.

Loki become our new family member before 2 months. He is very cute and lovely. Still hasn't been tamed but he is very happy to be with us.  Loki always spends his time looking anime together and dancing to their songs.  He is very shy and every time I try to make a video he just stop singing or dancing. He spends all of his day outside of the cage and goes inside only for food or sleep at night.  Here he is at one of his favorite places.  Look how cute he is in this photo
