Today I made Crumpets that I used to eat when I was a child. Since I live far away from my country I decided to make every sweet that I had in my childhood. Making this sweet is very easy and doesn't take much time. Ingredients are very simple and can be found easily. Ingredients 500 gr butter 500 gr ice sugar 1 kg flour 1 g vanilla Step 1 In a bowl we mix sugar and melted butter and mix till a mixture is created. Step 2 In the bowl we put the flour and vanilla and mix well. Begin to work it by hand until the dough is made. Step 3 You can cut the dough any from you desire. In a pan put a paper sheet and put the Crumpets you made, cook it in a oven with 150°C. After is baked leave it for some hours and then powder it with ice sugar.
