Wet parrot

Tropical Green Smoothie


Ingredients






½ banana, sliced






455 g silken tofu






55 g maple syrup






½ mango, peeled and diced






1 kiwi, peeled and diced






40 g  fresh spinach, packed






120 mL milk





Step 1





In an bowl we add the maple syrup and tofu and whisk until smooth. Add the mixture to a ice tray and spread it evenly. Add it in the freezer.





Step 2





After the mixture has frozen place it in a blender together with kiwi, banana, mango, spinach and milk and blend until smooth.





Ready to go and enjoy it.
