- Water

- Steam for 20 minutes

- 1/8Tsp Salt

- 2Tbsp 50g Flour

 Mozzarella cheese

- Refrigerate for 30 minutes

- 1 Egg

- 20ml Milk

- 50g Flour

- Bread crumbs

- Medium heat 3-5 minutes

I'm using 200g of potatoes for this recipe. Wash them and then peel their skins Next I'll cut them up to cook them... But of course I had to cut my hand while doing so, great job, past me :) How frustrating. The new knife I was going to brag about just cut me. I'm going to quit YT and cooking now, I can't do anything right Just kidding :)) I'm going to bandage this so more screentime and more work to the translator and continue :))) My mom's old steamer got lost somewhere so I'm just going to improvise with this setup :))) Watch and learn, you people who don't have a steamer which is probably 90% of you guys :)) I learnt this from the internet :)) You don't need to cut it up and hurt yourself foolishly and you also don't need to have a steamer :)) Just give them stick legs :)) These potatoes definitely skipped leg day :))) Put them in right away so you don't need to wait until it's boiling :D Use a pot with high walls so you can fit these dudes in, they're tall boys and that's okay, everyone is different :) Close the lid and play the waiting game. It's only 20 min long :)) By using this method, not only does it take just as much time as the normal way, it's sometimes even longer :))))) In addition, it's also super unecessary and a waste of time in general :))) Wow, you finally have something in common with a potato :'( But you all know me, beautiful, unecessarily gorgeous and maybe just a little extra :))) I just HAD to do everything the hard way :)))) At least I know how to cook not like someone staring at the screen right there :))) Remember to mash your potatoes right when they're still hot because potatoes get stale and harder to mash When you're done with that, throw in a dash of salt and 2tbsp of flour of any type Now, let's mix it all upp :) Depending on the potatoes, the finished product should be pretty dough-like. If it's coming apart, put in a little more flour or it'll come apart while frying Next I'll start cutting up these mozarella blocks. Don't make them too big Now let's take some of the potato playdoll and put in the cheese block in the middle. I'm making it 25g/bitesized Don't make them too big or the cheese won't melt like Gordon Ramsey's grilled cheese and the potatoes will break apart :)) Just mold them like the snowballs with a rock inside you used to murder other children with :))) Just be more careful with it :))) After that, pop in into the fridge for 30min so it can set and is easier to coat Next we'll prepare our coating station :)) Crack a  premature chicken into a bowl and 20ml of milk or water. If the guy is too small, just add in more milk :))) Give that guy a beating for him to learn the cruelty of life :'( Put in 50g of flour (any kind) Continue to let that little dude take a few whisks to feel the emotional crises you have in life Take out your potato meatballs and roll them in the mixture one by one Do it gently like you did not just abuse that egg mixture, making sure it's fully coated Then roll it around in breadcrumbs. If you want a thicker crust, dip it in the egg again and then the breadcrumbs :)) The last thing you need is a pan of hot oil. Fry it for 3-5 min and when it's golden brown, you're donee :D Frying in pots is way more economical, and the oil won't attack you while you're frying :)) Remember to move it around from time to time or it's going to burn and you'd be sad :'( Frying it until it's golden brown helps it remain crunchy for a longer time. Take it out for the oil to drip down Let's start feastinggggg >:D This dish goes best with chilli sauce. I usually eat this with the normal Chinsu, but we'll try the double spicy recipe today and it's honestly sooooo delicious :)))) It is exactly to my liking. Food without any spice to it is no food at all :))) It goes so well with any dish and even enhances the flavour :) The crust, goes without saying, is so crunchy you can hear it clearly in the video Because of the potatoes, the cheese stays melted for very long and it stretches out really long, maybe not as long as those Lotte ads but still :))) Dip it in your Chinsu double-the-spiciness chilli sauce, you get the definition of perfection. The crust is so crunchy and the taste of the potatoes is so addictive Plus the fatty flavour of cheese. Just pure food heaven :)) I highly recommend eating this with the new Chinsu chilli sauce. It is 100% Nino approved :) The normal one is good, but for people who love spicy food, it will be an out of body experience :)
