Easy Fried Meatball Recipe


Ingredients





1/4 cup water





1 large egg





1 onion





1/3 bread crumbs





1 garlic





2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese





1/2 teaspoon salt





2 teaspoon Italian seasoning





2 pound ground beef





1/3 teaspoon pepper





Step 1





Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the beef. Mix it well and then add the beef in the bowl. Mix gently with your hand to combine. Be careful to not overmix .





Step 2





In a pan add oil and let it heat over medium heat. When the pan is ready take the mixture and give the shape you desire to make.





Step 3





Shape the mixture into even size for better cooking. When the oil is ready add the meatballs until golden brown on bottom. Then turn to opposite side until golden brown. After the meatballs are cooked transfer to paper towels to drain.

  1. I haven’t made meatballs in such a long time, and I really miss them! Although I’ve got my fill of meats at Christmas, I think I’ll still make some:) Your recipe reminded me when mom used to make, and I was so fussy, I would only eat them hot and crispy, freshly out of the pan!

When I first tried Melomakarona was the first Christmas that I had in Greece. They are Christmas desserts that are very popular in Greece.
