How to make the best Crumpets

I remember going to the shop very happy to buy my favorite sweets and eating them with my family.

We all loved them, they are not to sweet but are very delicious. Since I move to Greece I tried to find them but it was hard. They don't sell the same sweet.

The recipe is different and the taste is not the same, so I decided to ask my family members if they knew. Luckily some knew it and I decided to try it.

It was very easy and didn't take much time. Hope you try it and succeed.

Ingredients
500 gr butter
500 gr ice sugar
1 kg flour
1 g vanilla

Step 1
In a bowl we mix sugar and melted butter and mix till a mixture is created.

Step 2
In the bowl we put the flour and vanilla and mix well. Begin to work it by hand until the dough is made.

Step 3
You can cut the dough any from you desire.
In a pan put a paper sheet and put the Crumpets you made, cook it in a oven with 150°C. After is baked leave it for some hours and then powder it with ice sugar.
