Coffee Fudge


Ingredients





1/2kg semisweet chocolate chips





2 tbsp coffee





1/2 cinnamon





307 ml sweetener condensed milk





1 g vanilla





1g salt





Step 1





In a bowl combine the milk, chocolate chips coffee, salt and cinnamon. Mix it well and then microwave it for 2 minutes.





Step 2





After you get it out the microwave stir it and then add the vanilla. Mix the mixture well and once is done   in a baking pan add the parchment paper. In the pan add the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.





Step 3





After is firm remove from fridge and pan and cut it in pieces with the shape or size you want.

  2. This looks really good and is really easy to make too. I am definitely going to try this. Can I replace the semisweet chocolate with some dark chocolate?
