How to make Chocolate Sponge Cake




Ingredients 3 egg yolks

3 egg whites

Sugar 90g

75g Cake flour (Or all purpose flour)

15g Cocoa powder

Vegetable oil 30g

Milk 40


Directions

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.

Separate the eggs. Place the egg yolks in one bowl and the whites  in another.

Beat the egg whites. Divide by 1/3 sugar (90g). The foaming of eggs is  very important.

Add one by one the egg yolk. Mix the egg yolk thoroughly. Add the cake flour ( all  purpose flour).

Mix from bottom to top. Mix until  you don't  see the flour. In a bowl add vegetable oil and milk and cocoa powder.  Mix until you don't see the flour.  Add some of the cake batter in the bowl. 

Combine with the remaining  cake batter. Mix until is the same color.

Pour the batter in the baking pan and hit the pan from top to bottom.( remove bubbles). Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

After is done take the cake out the pan immediately..

Sugar Swirl Cookies

Ingredients 8 tablespoons butter, soft 200 g sugar 1 egg ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon salt 190 g flour ½ teaspoon food coloring, sprinkles, to taste Step 1 In a bowl mix butter and sugar until light and foamy. Step 2 Mix in egg, vanilla, salt and stir well. Next add in flour. Stir it well. Step 3 Divide the dough into 2 pieces and add food coloring in one of the pieces.
